Shop Cash [2024]

Shop Campaign is a low-maintenance advertising tool that lets merchants set up campaigns quickly and reach new customers stress-free. I was involved throughout the design process, shaping the flows and interactions to ensure both tools are intuitive, effective, and user-friendly.

Automotive Audio System [2018]

I explored new interaction paradigms to understand how different in-car interfaces affect a driver’s cognitive load. Using a driving simulator, I compared touchscreen, voice assistant, and gesture-based interactions to uncover how each impacts attention and safety. You can read more about the findings in my article: Why Touchscreens Don’t Work in Cars.

Grocery Ops Portal [2017]

A redesigned ops-portal that went through stages of co-creation exercises with employees to help enable us to identify different use cases and build a tool that improves the efficiency of their daily jobs

EVgo: Fleet management tool [2021]

As EV fleets scale, managing charging schedules, vehicle status, and driver routes becomes increasingly complex. At EVgo, I set out to design a unified dashboard that brings clarity to that chaos. The tool empowers fleet managers to oversee their entire operation at a glance—tracking vehicle health, optimizing charging times, and coordinating routes—all while giving drivers an intuitive interface to stay on schedule. The result is a system that turns a fragmented, data-heavy process into a seamless, real-time experience for both sides of the fleet.

Bose Connect [2016]

Explore customer’s current jobs, pains, and gains on interacting with Bluetooth headphones while listening to different types of audio content. These are prototypes created in principle to conduct usability testing. The final output of our work can be seen at the current Bose Connect app.

HelloGbye [2015]

HelloGbye is an easy way to make your complicated travel plans, by using HelloGbye’s voice assistant, it will parse your request and plan out your itinerary from your flight to your car rental and even your hotel stay.

UI/UX: doodles

a collection of spontaneous doodles and visual musings I create in my spare time. They’re a creative outlet that lets me explore ideas freely—no briefs, no deadlines—just pure visual storytelling and self-expression.

Android Auto & Apple CarPlay UI Kit [2018]

Android Auto and Apple CarPlay made waves at this year’s Google I/O and WWDC respectively, each of them taking steps to become more mainstream in the market. Android Auto is making itself available across all devices (phones, tablets, etc.) via the Google Play store, for example, while Apple CarPlay now supports over 400 different car models.

Unfortunately, however, there aren’t a lot of UI kits provided by Apple or Google to design those experiences, so I put together some of the key screens such as music player, maps view, contact list view, “now calling” view, voice assistant, etc. You can download those UI kits below. Enjoy!
